Hello again everyone, Brandon Stransky here again and I’m proud to be writing for Vince Russo and RussosBrand.com. The man has worked tirelessly for this and for that I’d like to say cheers my friend. You earned this success.

Seeing as how you’re going to be seeing me at least once a week for the forseeable future, I think I’m gonna take a cue from Jake Jesus and Bill Matz and introduce myself to you all. My name is Brandon Stransky, been a wrestling fan since 2000 and am currently an independent professional wrestler under the name of Ozzie Gallagher.

What drove me to want to do writing for this site actually started over ten years ago. I had first caught on to the internet/insider side of the professional wrestling business in the mid-2000s and one common thing I had always read was that a lot of people had quite the disdain for Mr. Russo. All these articles I would read, bashing the man like you would think he ran over their dog or something.

I never really paid much attention to any of that until one day in 2005 I was in a Sam Goody CD/DVD store(remember those?). It was during this trip I happened to have something catch my eye. It was the Pro Wrestling Insiders Vol. 1 DVD that featured Wade Keller interviewing Vince and Ed Ferrara.

Looking at it, I decided to buy it as all I had ever heard about Vince was negative stories and hate thrown toward him so I figured it might be interesting to hear his side of things. I took it home and popped it in and was amazed at what I was hearing from the man himself. All the negative things I had ever heard about him prior to this- taking all the credit, accepting none of the blame, not understanding wrestling, being an imbecile etc…all of that was dispelled in my mind when I heard Vince himself talk. The man I was watching on this DVD was the complete opposite of what everyone said about him on the Internet.

From there I purchased his first book, and at the risk of sounding cliche, it changed my life. Reading it, I felt like I was getting to know the man and see the type of human being he truly was and how when God came into his life, the positive way it changed him and it was then that I knew that someday my time would come when God would come into my life and change it the same way it did his.

It might have taken a decade after reading it, but that time finally did come and the first person I told was Vince and he has been nothing but helpful toward me for this transition into Christianity, being there for me and answering any questions I had.

And in closing I would just like to say again congratulations on the PodcastOne deal. You have worked tirelessly for the last two years for it and deserve nothing but the best. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it by writing for you, and I’m proud to be a lifelong member of The Brand.
