First off, congrats to Brock Lesnar for his huge UFC win tonight. Also–much respect for his words following his victory.

When you think about all the hatred towards America and Americans coming for outside the country and then you look and see that same hatred from within . . . it’s just a sad commentary. God just wanted us all to love one another—-that was His wish because he knew that it really wasn’t asking much. Man, have we severely !@#$%^ up along the way.

Spent a nice day with Amy today. Went into Fort Collins, walked around, and just spent time with each other. That’s really what I like to do best. Nothing big, nothing special—just time with each other.

I finished watching the Janis Joplin doc on Netflix tonight—really enjoyed the hell out of it. Man, what a tragic loss at such an early age. I love Janis, and her music. To this day I’ve never seen anyone sing with the same passion she had. She belted out every tune like it was the last song she was ever going to sing. I wish I was old enough to understand just how special she was when she was knocking them dead in her prime.

I finally watch The Resurrection of Jake Roberts tonight. My thoughts and views are going to be different from others—so I’ll just keep them with me. But if people really want to know—yes—that is REALLY the heart of Diamond Dallas Page.

I hope everyone who got to see CanaryGate on YouTube enjoyed it. I know that Jeff and I had a lot of fun making it. For me—I’m not going to spend one second of my life hating another human being. Life is just too damn short. You’re here one day, gone the next, and none of the stupid shit mattered at all in the grand scheme of things. I much rather take an ugly negative and turn it into an entertaining positive. Honestly, I really wish Jim would just stop. Seventeen years of “pure, unadulterated hatred” has just really got tired. I can only pray that one day his heart will change and the both of us can work together to benefit others.
