It’s about 11pm here in the Rockies, and here I am—I believe for my fourth day in a row.

Yet another grueling day that started with the recording of Lions, Tigers, Bears and Disco, where Jeff, Glenn and myself welcomed two old friends; Jeremy Borash and Ed Ferrara. In what was a great discussion, we spent 90 minutes talking about JB’s “Final Deletion”, the short film that appeared on TNA IMPACT on Tuesday night. The banter was phenomenal between JB explaining what went into the craftsmanship of the piece and the four of us teaming to completely bury Disco—this show could have easily went hours long.

I’ve got to be honest—I’m really blessed to have friends like this. I really love all these guys and would do anything in the world for any one of them. Yes, even DISCO!!!

The second episode of “The Business of the Business” was released tonight. Please keep in mind this is a work in progress and Jeff and I continue to work with the format. It may take a few episodes to get it down to a science.

Another great night with the men and women at Mercury Pro Wrestling Academy. The potential at this place is just out the WA-ZOO> I am really enjoying spending time with the Founder, Matt Yaden. Just a great, great human being. The kind of dude that you just want to help. I’m sure you will see this yourself in the weeks to come. I also spent a lot of time with veteran Nikita LaFleur tonight, a woman who could have and SHOULD have headlined every company in existence—she is that damn good. I’m sure you will be seeing much more of her in the weeks to come.

TV fixed. Car fixed. How much? You don’t want to know.

Had a nice talk with my son Will today. I finally had the nerve to tell him that his first ever girlfriend looked like Shrek. Will admitted to dating her because she had big boobs. That made me feel better.

No word from the Diva of late.

I think my wife has been lacking in the dinner department of late. I feel like I’ve been eating turkey burgers and eggs for the last six months. I need to start cracking the whip. Maybe I’ll withhold S-E-X until she starts delivering better meals . . . maybe not . . . if I do that she’ll probably NEVER cook for me again!!!

  1. The shows just keep delivering every day. I never doubted where you were going but the growth that we are seeing is amazing. Another excellent swerve with Sean Morely. I’m going to try to get everyone I can to check that one out. Also, The Business of the Business is fantastic. To see them start getting something about themselves and applying it so quickly to their characters promo was really entertaining! Great work Vince, Jeff, and everyone else that writes (I really look forward to reading the reviews of non wrestling tv) or contributes to the site! (Even Disco and ?Andre?)

  2. The Business of the Business is awesome! You, Jeff and the crew should be very proud of yourselves…the series is off to a great start!

I love the ideas you’ve given the talent so far & the encouragement you’ve shown them to get them started. So far the stand out, in my opinion, is Royce Issacs. The gimmick you gave him doesn’t seem to far off of who he really is and if he puts in the effort then I think he’ll nail the character. His promo was coming along nicely by the end!

    Great show guys 👍
